The aheadtohealth fit has been developed for the unique shape of your after baby body.
To find your size, simply grab a measuring tape and check your measurements against the Size Chart above.
We've also included Lithuanian Standard sizing to give you an approximate comparison.
To ensure a comfortable and flattering fit, follow these simple steps to measure yourself:
Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape snug but not tight, ensuring it stays level all the way around. Check your measurement in centimetres (cm) and refer to the “Bust” column in the size chart above.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button. Breathe naturally and avoid pulling the tape too tight. Note your measurement and match it with the “Waist” column in the size guide.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape level and record your measurement to compare with the “Hips” column in the chart.
Nursing Bra: For nursing bras, refer to both your cup size and band size. Use the “Nursing Bra Guide” above to find the right fit based on your typical cup and band measurements.

Loved the first pair and bought another colour too. These are very comfy to wear at home and for walks , playgroups etc
These pants are AMAZING. Super super comfortable and flattering. I'm 6 months post partum and back to my pregnancy weight and size but still LOVE wearing these. I plan to continue wearing them since they're so cute and comfy.
I love my new postpartum lounge pants. Usually maternity clothes are not fashionable and make me feel frumpy. But the pants are so lovely and comfortable! Makes me feel great and stylish when I wear them!
Pants are fantastic, great fit and so comfy
Material thinner than I expected but not see through
Very comfortable
Light summer pants. Nice material, but maybe a little bit see through. Definitely need light underwear on.
Fairly generous sizing so if inbetween sizes I'd probably size down.
These pants look a lot like pyjamas but unfortunately the fabric doesn’t have much stretch so they’re not ideal for sleeping. However they appear to be well made and the fabric is very light and breathable, so they’ll be very nice to wear around the house in summer. The pattern makes them hard to match with a top…so far I’ve only been able to coordinate them with plain white tees and a white button-up shirt, but perhaps the right navy or light grey top could work. Make sure you don’t wear black or patterned undies underneath because they’ll show through!
Before aheadtohealth®, maternity brands thought it was a good idea for their maternity clothes to double as nursing wear. We all get that they’re trying to promote value for money here, but we all know what’s going to be missing after baby’s born.
The bump.
Now all that extra fabric that was so useful in pregnancy, just kinda hangs there.
So here at aheadtohealth we simply wanted to offer new season styles with a clever, hidden nursing function so you can go out looking amazing and not have to be concerned about breastfeeding in public.
“…it has significantly reduced my anxiety about needing to feed while out as a FTM.” - Amy M. (aheadtohealth Customer Review, July 2021)
Our garments have just the right balance of style and function, making them one of the few ‘baby-era’ items still being worn by aheadtohealth customers long after they’ve finished breastfeeding.
And we think that’s great value for money.
aheadtohealth® is the only nursing wear brand that begins with the unique shape of your after-baby body and then gives you new season style & discreet breastfeeding access.
