The aheadtohealth fit has been developed for the unique shape of your after baby body.
To find your size, simply grab a measuring tape and check your measurements against the Size Chart above.
We've also included Lithuanian Standard sizing to give you an approximate comparison.
To ensure a comfortable and flattering fit, follow these simple steps to measure yourself:
Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape snug but not tight, ensuring it stays level all the way around. Check your measurement in centimetres (cm) and refer to the “Bust” column in the size chart above.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button. Breathe naturally and avoid pulling the tape too tight. Note your measurement and match it with the “Waist” column in the size guide.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape level and record your measurement to compare with the “Hips” column in the chart.
Nursing Bra: For nursing bras, refer to both your cup size and band size. Use the “Nursing Bra Guide” above to find the right fit based on your typical cup and band measurements.

I quite like top, fits well, looks pretty, nice material, and easy to feed in
Really lovely top, but remember to size down!
Good quality
Nice drape on the singlets. Heavy good quality material. Really easy to feed in. Generous sizing.
This top is super comfortable, easy to feed in and looks and feels great. A little clingy for my liking but still unreal. Also love the colour.
I adore this shirt. It’s comfy, practical and fits in all the right places. Love the colour!!!
Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! As well as great quality clothing pieces that can be worn well after you’re done breastfeeding. Life long customer!
LOVE this singlet! its easily accessible for breastfeeding, comfy material and fits great around my postpartum body. what more could you want.
I purchased some tanks & they are super comfy & discrete feeding access! Love them!
Fit is nice and loose, but not as long as I would like for an XL.
Before aheadtohealth®, maternity brands thought it was a good idea for their maternity clothes to double as nursing wear. We all get that they’re trying to promote value for money here, but we all know what’s going to be missing after baby’s born.
The bump.
Now all that extra fabric that was so useful in pregnancy, just kinda hangs there.
So here at aheadtohealth we simply wanted to offer new season styles with a clever, hidden nursing function so you can go out looking amazing and not have to be concerned about breastfeeding in public.
“…it has significantly reduced my anxiety about needing to feed while out as a FTM.” - Amy M. (aheadtohealth Customer Review, July 2021)
Our garments have just the right balance of style and function, making them one of the few ‘baby-era’ items still being worn by aheadtohealth customers long after they’ve finished breastfeeding.
And we think that’s great value for money.
aheadtohealth® is the only nursing wear brand that begins with the unique shape of your after-baby body and then gives you new season style & discreet breastfeeding access.
