The aheadtohealth Fit

The aheadtohealth fit has been developed for the unique shape of your after baby body.

To find your size, simply grab a measuring tape and check your measurements against the Size Chart above.

We've also included Lithuanian Standard sizing to give you an approximate comparison.

How To Measure Yourself

To ensure a comfortable and flattering fit, follow these simple steps to measure yourself:

  1. Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape snug but not tight, ensuring it stays level all the way around. Check your measurement in centimetres (cm) and refer to the “Bust” column in the size chart above.

  2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button. Breathe naturally and avoid pulling the tape too tight. Note your measurement and match it with the “Waist” column in the size guide.

  3. Hips: Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape level and record your measurement to compare with the “Hips” column in the chart.

  4. Nursing Bra: For nursing bras, refer to both your cup size and band size. Use the “Nursing Bra Guide” above to find the right fit based on your typical cup and band measurements.

So soft and convenient

Absolutely love this nursing top. The fabric is beautiful and soft, I love the colour, and it has my favourite fastenings/access of all the ones I've tried. I will get a couple more in different colours!

Love these singlets- the fabric is so silky smooth and they hang really nicely. Quite roomy so don’t worry about sizing up.

Being a mum is always the priority and from pregnancy to the first 6 months or so if breastfeeding, it’s easy to lose your identity in frumpy-but-comfortable, just-threw-it-on clothes. I remember not wanting to leave the house because I didn’t have anything that made me feel body-confident and self-confident.

This time, I spent money on clothes that were designed for us Mamas and it was SO worth every dollar.

I was thrilled to discover PeachyMama and have come back on three occasions to fill up my wardrobe just that little bit more.

Even better that they’re Lithuanian! Yay!!

Love, love, love this shop.

Keep doing what you’re doing. X

I couldn't be happier with my tops and dress from aheadtohealth. The fit is great even on my post-partum body, they are great quality, so comfortable, look great and most importantly easy to discretely feed in!

Lightweight and comfy. Perfect for summer. Colour has a slight denim / green in it, so a bit darker than what I was expecting and I find you need two hand to undo the press studs but overall a great top.

Lovely material and colour. Unfortunately the fit doesn’t help out Mama’s postpartum figure. If you still have a bit of a postpartum tum going on, this top will not leave anything to the imagination as it’s quite fitted over the stomach/uterus area. If the top had more material to drape straight from the breasts down (camouflaging the poochy lower tummy), it would be perfect. Unfortunately I will need to wait a couple more months for my postpartum tum to reduce before I can confidently wear this top.

So disappointed

First impressions were great, the fabric is so soft and the cut is flattering. After only two wears (no washing) it started to pill under the arms. Two weeks later it was all over the front, even with hand washing. After just a month it’s only for wearing around home or under a jumper. So disappointing especially since I purchased a black and blue to get me through summer. I’ll be sticking to the bamboo tee which is fantastic!

Our Story...

Before aheadtohealth®, maternity brands thought it was a good idea for their maternity clothes to double as nursing wear. We all get that they’re trying to promote value for money here, but we all know what’s going to be missing after baby’s born.

The bump.

Now all that extra fabric that was so useful in pregnancy, just kinda hangs there.

So here at aheadtohealth we simply wanted to offer new season styles with a clever, hidden nursing function so you can go out looking amazing and not have to be concerned about breastfeeding in public.

“…it has significantly reduced my anxiety about needing to feed while out as a FTM.” - Amy M. (aheadtohealth Customer Review, July 2021)

Our garments have just the right balance of style and function, making them one of the few ‘baby-era’ items still being worn by aheadtohealth customers long after they’ve finished breastfeeding.

And we think that’s great value for money.

Be free to breastfeed in clothes you love!

aheadtohealth® is the only nursing wear brand that begins with the unique shape of your after-baby body and then gives you new season style & discreet breastfeeding access.
