The aheadtohealth fit has been developed for the unique shape of your after baby body.
To find your size, simply grab a measuring tape and check your measurements against the Size Chart above.
We've also included Lithuanian Standard sizing to give you an approximate comparison.
To ensure a comfortable and flattering fit, follow these simple steps to measure yourself:
Bust: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape snug but not tight, ensuring it stays level all the way around. Check your measurement in centimetres (cm) and refer to the “Bust” column in the size chart above.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button. Breathe naturally and avoid pulling the tape too tight. Note your measurement and match it with the “Waist” column in the size guide.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Keep the tape level and record your measurement to compare with the “Hips” column in the chart.
Nursing Bra: For nursing bras, refer to both your cup size and band size. Use the “Nursing Bra Guide” above to find the right fit based on your typical cup and band measurements.

Pull up the front top layer and slide the underlayer across, allowing access for fast and discreet breastfeeding without exposing your bust or belly.
Our model is wearing a size XS (AU 8-10). She is 171cm (5'6") tall.
It's easy to feed in and the drape of the fabric is nice and soft.
Very generous sizing so go a size down if you're worried. There are two layers and it can get a bit warm in hot weather.
I've lived in this top ever since my first was born. After four years breastfeeding two kids ive finally worn a hole in it. Considering I wear it at least two times a week and wash it often that's pretty great. It fits true to size and the material is so soft and keeps its shape really well. I'm usually a small/10 pre/post pregnancy (large during pregnancy) and bra size 34 DD/E post pregnancy. Really nice versatile tank.
I really like this top. So handy for public breastfeeding and flattering
Great fitting, makes you look skinny even after giving birth when you have your baby tummy still big
Comfortable
Easy access for breastfeeding
such a comfy singlet, material is super soft and it's nice a lose to hide that post birth tummy 😊
Nice, soft material that washes well on the delicate cycle. A good and comfortable fit (size S for a 12-14) although sometimes drops a bit low at the front exposing cleavage. Not a massive problem though and I have since bought another. Great quality
Ordered size Small, a little bit big on me and does show nursing bra, other than that good quality, soft material
Runs a little large but will come in handy for my summer holiday with a 3 month old!
I bought this for summer. The fabric is nice however the style is double layered both front and back making it quite warm. I found this style a little big - im a size 6 and this is more suited to 8-10
Before aheadtohealth®, maternity brands thought it was a good idea for their maternity clothes to double as nursing wear. We all get that they’re trying to promote value for money here, but we all know what’s going to be missing after baby’s born.
The bump.
Now all that extra fabric that was so useful in pregnancy, just kinda hangs there.
So here at aheadtohealth we simply wanted to offer new season styles with a clever, hidden nursing function so you can go out looking amazing and not have to be concerned about breastfeeding in public.
“…it has significantly reduced my anxiety about needing to feed while out as a FTM.” - Amy M. (aheadtohealth Customer Review, July 2021)
Our garments have just the right balance of style and function, making them one of the few ‘baby-era’ items still being worn by aheadtohealth customers long after they’ve finished breastfeeding.
And we think that’s great value for money.
aheadtohealth® is the only nursing wear brand that begins with the unique shape of your after-baby body and then gives you new season style & discreet breastfeeding access.
